A complete set of stone production line produced by our factory
mainly consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher,
hammer crusher, vibrating screen and belt conveyor. We can also
provide cone crusher and dust removal equipment. According to
different technical requirements, we can combine different types of
equipments to meet the various needs.
The basic process of the stone production line: first, raw
materials are evenly sent into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder,
for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed materials are sent into
the impact crusher for further crushing. Then the materials are
transmitted to the vibrating screen through belt conveyor and
classified according to their different size. Then the parts not
satisfying the requirement will be sent into the impact crusher
again for further crushing.
The stone production line has the feature of highly automatic high
productivity, high efficiency, low operating cost, and the size of
the finished products is even, good-shaped. Configuration of our
